To avail Airport Pick-Up services you need to book one online at least 5 days prior to your arrival. Please fill the online application form and provide required details. Please keep your ID card and Itinerary, as soft copy, handy while applying for Airport-Pick Up services by Help Connect Australia. You need to upload them for scheduling your pick-up accordingly.
Pre-payment is required for finalising your booking for Airport Pick-up. In any circumstances if you cancel, postpone or prepone your pick-up service after a certain time-frame then a particular amount of fee will be levied as per our cancellation policy.
On successful payment, an e-invoice will be generated and sent to you via email along with the essential details like driver’s name and ID, vehicle number and model and so on for your records.
Person coming to pick you up from Airport will be holding a Placard/Paging board with your name and Help Connect Australia name on it.
Airport Pick-up fares may vary depending on the type of drive you want e.g. low-cost luxury car and hence you can customise your ride as per your pocket.
